摘要 本文回顾了原空间规划各自的传导机制并剖析其优劣，按照国土空间规划改革的要求，基于南通地区“市—县—镇—村”四个层级规划的编制实践，梳理出市县国土空间规划传导的核心内容和方式，尝试构建市县国土空间规划的多元传导机制。

Abstract This article reviews the respective transmission mechanisms of the current spatial planning and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages. Follows the requirements of the Territorial Space Planning reform, the authors started the "city-county-town-village" four-level planning practice in Nantong area, Summed up the core transmission content and methods in City and County Territorial Space Plan. The research aims to build a multiple transmission mechanism in City and County Territorial Space Plan.
