摘要 乡村空间处于国土空间规划体系的终端，是实现乡村振兴和国家治理现代化的重要抓手。本文从空间治理理论的视角，分析乡村空间的治理转型，同时结合乡村空间的“三重模型”，构建物质空间规划与社会治理“互嵌”的乡村空间治理模式；提出蓝图导向式的物质空间治理、干预式的空间生产过程治理、反馈式的社会再生产治理三层实践机制；此外，在县域和乡村两个层面，通过治理与规划的协同，促使乡村空间与宏观国土空间规划体系的有效链接。

Abstract Rural space is located in the terminal of territorial spacial planning system, and is an important starting point for rural revitalization and national governance modernization. This paper analyzes the transformation of rural spatial governanace from the perspective of spatial governance theory, and combine the "triple model" of rural space to build a rural spatial governance model in which material spatial planning and social governance are interwoven. To put forward three practical mechanisms: material space management guided by blueprint, space production process management guided by process intervention, and social reproduction management guided by feedback. At the two levels of county and village, the coordination of governance and planning can make the rural space effectively link with the macroscopic territorial spatial planning system.
