“非历史文化名城”类历史城区的城市更新一直是我国历史文化保护的盲点，其宝贵的历史文化资源在城市快速建设的进程中面临消失殆尽的危险，建立以文化传承为出发点的城市更新模式与相应的技术体系是当务之急。本文以汤阴老城更新详细城市设计为例，提出“文化景观空间体系”的概念，突出总体控制与居民自组织更新相结合的渐进式更新方式，从规划到实施管理进行全周期的一体化设计，并在具体的技术细节方面进行迭代创新，以实现汤阴老城历史保护、经济发展和民生关怀的三重目标。同时，期待为同类型城市更新工作提供有益的思考和探索。

英文摘要
Urban renewal of historical cities that are obscure cities with rich history and condensed culture is the blind spot of the protection of Chinese history and culture. Their precious historical and cultural resources are about to disappear in urban rapid construction. Establishing urban renewal pattern and the relevant technical support system is our top priority. Taking detailed urban renewal design of Tangyin Town as an example, this paper puts forward the concept of “cultural landscape space system” with a full cycle of integrated design from planning to implementation management and progressive renewal mode of combining the overall control with the self-organization renewal of the residents; and iteratively innovates in specific technical details. All is to achieve three aims: the historic protection, the economic development and the care of people's livelihood of Tangyin Town. And it is expected to provide useful thinking and exploration for urban renewal of the same type.
