摘要 沿海滩涂具有非常重要的生态服务功能，针对江苏沿海独特的地理区位和滩涂资源特征，划定沿海滩涂生态保护红线，对于落实“三条控制线”和滩涂保护利用管理具有重要的意义。本研究以江苏沿海滩涂为例，基于生态脆弱性和生态功能重要性评价技术，建立滩涂生态保护红线区选划评价指标体系，采用 GIS 空间分析方法，实现对滩涂生态服务功能重要性和生态环境脆弱性的评价，并依据生态功能重要性和生态脆弱性评价结果，划定江苏沿海滩涂生态保护红线范围。

Abstract Coastal tidal land has very significant ecological service functions. According to the unique geographical location and tidal land resource characteristics of coastal area in Jiangsu province, it is very important to implement three control lines and manage the protection and utilization of tidal land when redistricting the ecological-protection red line of coastal tidal land. Based on the evaluation technology of ecological vulnerability and the importance of ecological function, this study took Jiangsu coastal tidal land as an example to establish the evaluation index system for zoning the ecological red line of tidal land. GIS spatial analysis method was used to evaluate the ecological environment vulnerability and the importance of ecological service function of coastal tidal land. According to the results of ecological function importance and ecological vulnerability, the ecological red line zone were identified.
