摘要 作为“公园城市”首提地，成都市在国土空间总体规划编制中，系统地落实公园城市理念，积极探索规划新路径。本文全面梳理、总结了成都市以公园城市为特色的国土空间总体规划编制工作经验，包括在发展逻辑、发展方式、营城路径、治理方式等方面实现理念转变，探索实现公园城市与人及自然和谐共生、促进公园城市创造更多价值服务人民、提升公园城市国土空间治理能力等的规划策略，引领城市实现更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续、更为安全的发展。

Abstract As the first place to came up with the concept of park city, Chengdu city has systematically implemented the concept of park city and actively explored new planning paths in the planning process. This paper systematically reviewed the experience in the compilation process of the territorial spatial planning of Chengdu city with the characteristics of park city, including the development logic, development methods, the path of urban management, governance methods, etc., and explored the planning strategies of the realization of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in the park city, promoting to create value to serve the people, strengthen the spatial governance capabilities, and to achieve the goal of building a more efficient, more equitable, more sustainable, and more secure park city with higher quality.
