摘要 全球价值链提供了世界城市体系层级解析的全局性和关系性的新视角。在世界城市体系中，城市的层级地位由其所处的价值链区位决定，并受到国家整体价值区段的影响。分析表明，当今全球资本体系由发达经济体主导，全球资本最高支配权也被价值链顶端的全球中心城市垄断。中国等新兴经济体仍然位于价值链较低的层级，但作为全球资本的汇聚地，涌现了一批能级较高的地方性中心城市和门户城市。在全球价值链视角下，新一轮国际产业转移趋势和我国全面深化改革开放进程将分别对世界城市体系演化产生重大影响。

Abstract The global value chain (GVC) provides an overall and relational perspective on the hierarchical analysis of the world city system. The hierarchical status of a city in the world city system is determined by its location in GVC, and is affected by the country’s overall value segment. Today's global capital system is dominated by developed economies, and the highest dominance of global capital is also monopolized by global central cities at the top of GVC. Emerging economies such as China are still at the lower level of the value chain, but as gathering places of global capital, a number of gateway cities with higher energy levels have emerged in them. From the perspective of GVC, the new trends of international industrial transfer and China's comprehensively deepen reform and opening up process will have significant impacts on the evolution of the world city system.
