摘要：建设美丽宜居公园城市是城市发展的新理念。公园社区作为公园城市的基本单元，是实践公园城市理念的空间载体，探索公园社区理论及规划方法，是城市发展新阶段的时代需求。本文以社区规划理论及方法为基础，研究公园城市背景下的公园社区理论及方法，以成都交子公园社区规划为例，探索规划理念、空间布局、建设重点三个方面的转变：从“产、城、人”到“人、城、产”，从“社区中建公园”到“公园中建社区”，从“空间建造”到“场景营造”，以期形成公园社区规划的新方法。

Abstract：Constructing beautiful and habitable park cities is a new concept of urban development. As the basic component unit of the Park City, park communities are considered as the spatial carrier for the brand new concept. In the new phase of urban developing, it is required to explore theory and planning methods of Park Community. On the basis of the theory and methods of community planning, this paper studies the theory and planning methods of park communities under the background of park cities. Taking Chengdu Jiaozi Park Community planning as an example, this paper explores methodology trasformation in planning theory, layout pattern and constuction mode, which means the significant transformation from “industry-city-citizens” into “citizens-city-industry”, from “parks in communities”to “communities in parks”, and from the idea of “scene creating”to that of “space construcing”, so as to turn into a planning sample of park communities.
