摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展，国内许多发达地区已逐渐进入环境改善的 “时间窗口期”，人民群众对美好生活的向往愈加强烈，生态环境愈发受到更多的关注。成都市在建设公园城市的背景下，以习近平生态文明思想为理论指导，开展了立足于公园城市建设理念的绿色生态价值研究：分析了经济发展与环境保护的关系，界定了绿色生态价值的内涵；以天府新区为例，针对绿色生态价值中的核心价值——生态环境价值进行了定量核算；针对绿色生态价值中的产业动力价值、创新集聚价值和城市宜居价值三类派生价值进行了分析与阐述；分析了公园城市规划建设对绿色生态价值的提升作用；构建了绿色生态建设指数和绿色生态价值指数体系，以反映城市绿色生态建设的水平和绿色生态价值的相对变化。

Abstract：With the continuous development of economy, many developed areas in China have gradually entered the specific period of environmental improvement. Citizen's yearning for a better life has become stronger, and the ecological environment has received more and more attention. Under the background of Chengdu's construction of Park City, with the theoretical guidance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, the research on green ecological value based on the concept of Park City construction is carried out: The relationship between economic development and environmental protection is analyzed, and the connotation of green ecological value is defined; The core value of green ecological value-ecological value, is quantified with Tianfu New District as an example; Three derivative values of green ecological value-industrial power value, innovative agglomeration value and livable city value are analyzed and elaborated; The promotion of green ecological value by Park City planning and construction is discussed; Indicator Systems of “Green Ecological Construction Index” and “Green Ecological Value Index” are established to to reflect the relative changes of urban green ecological construction and green ecological value.
