摘要:  随着我国城镇化发展转型升级，城市规划领域更多地关注城市空间品质的提升与特色塑造，城市设计在城市规划建设中的作用更加重要。本文在分析国内城市设计存在的主要问题的基础上，选取上海、南京、珠海作为典型案例，系统剖析它们在城市设计管控路径方面的成功做法和经验，并从制度建设、要素构建、全域管控三个方面提出相关的对策建议，以期为城市设计工作提供参考。

Abstract :  With the transformation and upgrading of China's urbanization development, in the field of urban planning, more attention is paid to the improvement of urban space quality and the creation of characteristics, and the urban design plays an increasingly important role in urban planning and construction. On the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in domestic urban design, the paper systematically analyses their successful practices and experiences in urban design control path, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: system construction, factor construction and city control, with a view to providing reference for urban design work.
