摘要：  首先对中华人民共和国成立 70 年来首都北京的规划建设情况分三个阶段、七个时期进行了概要性的回顾，梳理了各时期的时代背景、规划要点以及重点实施内容；接着分析了北京的城市性质定位、规划策略、空间布局等几个重点问题的演变脉络和影响机制；最后对北京的规划建设成就、存在问题、未来发展进行了总结和展望。

Abstract：  Firstly, the planning and construction of Beijing in the past 70 years are reviewed in three stages and seven periods. Then, the background of each period, the main points of planning and the key implementation work are sorted out. Next, the evolution and influence mechanism of several key issues, such as the designated function of city, planning strategy and spatial layout, are analyzed. Finally, the achievements, problems and future development of Beijing's planning and construction are summarized and prospected.
