摘要:  本文从国土空间治理面临的时代挑战和自然资源信息化时代的使命与机遇出发，解析了《自然资源部信息化建设总体方案》的总体内容，并在其确定的自然资源信息化总体框架下分析了国土空间规划信息化的总体思路，展望了智慧国土空间规划的发展方向。

Abstract：  Based on the challenge facing territory space governance, and the mission and opportunity of natural resources informatization, this paper analyzes the overall content of "General Plan for Informatization Construction of the Ministry of Natural Resources" and the overall idea of territory spatial planning informatization. Finally, the development trend of smart territory spatial planning is forecasted, and some advice is put forward.
