摘要：  随着我国城镇化的快速发展，国土空间开发与治理面临着严峻的挑战。如何基于信息技术手段构建数字化的国土空间规划体系，是智慧规划时代赋予我们的重要机遇。本文结合实际工作，在梳理国土空间规划相关内容的基础上，初步构建了涵盖宏观尺度的国家层级、中观尺度的省域（城市群）层级、微观尺度的“市—县—乡镇”层级三个尺度、五个层级的国土空间规划量化研究框架体系，并通过宏观、中观、微观三个空间尺度的案例，对框架体系的具体研究内容进行量化分析，从而对国土空间规划量化研究框架的应用予以示范说明，以期为国土空间规划量化研究提供一些初步建议与思考。

Abstract：  With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the developing and governance of national space are facing severe challenges. However, the rapid development of information technology provides an important opportunity for us to build a digital territorial spatial planning system based on the current information technology. It is our right mission in the era of "smart planning". Based on the practice and the relevant contents of the territorial spatial planning, this paper initially constructs a framework for quantitative research of the territorial spatial planning covering three scales and five levels, which covers macro scale research at the national level, meso scale research at the provincial (city group) level, and micro scale research at the city, county and township levels respectively. Furthermore, the specific research contents of the framework are analyzed and explained quantitatively by using cases from macro, meso and micro spatial scales separately, so as to demonstrate the application of the built research framework. Hopefully, this paper may provide preliminary thoughts and suggestions for the quantitative research of territorial spatial planning.
