摘要：2017 年度全国优秀城乡规划设计获奖项目围绕以人为本的理念在规划编制和技术思路等多方面进行创新和探索。本年度获奖项目既有反映“十九大”之后战略规划走向的总体规划（空间规划）探索，更多的是为深入了解城市居民需求的专项规划研究和专项规划。开门做规划、公众参与等规划思路使得获奖项目提出的策略更加人本化、精细化、精准化。规划使得城市空间更人性化、生活环境更有品位、设施想人所想，“规划使生活更美好”的理念更强烈。

Abstract： With the people-oriented principle, the award-winning projects of the National Excellent Urban and Rural Planning Selection in 2017 carry on the innovation and exploration in many aspects, such as planning preparation and technical thinking. Award-winning projects this year not only lead to the exploration of the overall planning (space planning) after the "19th NCCPC", but also are specialized researches and planning for further understanding the needs of urban residents. Planning ideas such as opening doors and public participation make the strategies proposed by the award-winning projects more humanistic, refined and precise. Planning makes the urban space more humanized, the living environment more tasteful, the facilities think for people, and the concept of "planning makes life better" is stronger.
