摘要:  注册城乡规划师作为城乡规划行业唯一的职业资格，在行业发展中承担着举足轻重的作用。经过 20 年的实践，注册城乡规划师的制度背景和环境发生了很多变化。基于现状数据，文章分析了当前注册城乡规划师在执业过程中的情况和遇到的问题，讨论了注册城乡规划师在行业发展中应当起到的作用，并对其作用的发挥路径提出了若干思考。

Abstract:  Certified planner is the unique professional qualification in urban planning business. It is significant during the development of this industry. After 20 years'  implementation, politics and conditions have changed a lot. Based on the analysis of the status quo, current matters and important topics in the practice process by certified planners are discussed in this essay. It is concluded that certified planners could act as more important initiators.
