摘要 自我国实施创新驱动发展战略以来,城市创新空间得到广泛的关注。然而,在创新活动最为活跃的城市与地区,有限的土地资源约束城市空间走向紧凑、集约、高效发展,高强度发展或将成为许多城市的无奈选择。在高强度开发的背景下,城市创新空间面临空间重构,其形式与内涵都发生了巨大的变化。本文探讨了高强度城市创新空间的发展机制,并基于深圳重点片区的规划实践,归纳了高强度城市创新空间多层地面、空间互联、多元混合、弹性共享、立体产链五种空间组织方式,以期为高强度城市创新空间的营造与优化提供借鉴。

Abstract Since the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China, urban innovation space has been widely concerned. However, in the cities and regions with the most active innovation activities, the limited land resources restrict the urban space to develop in a compact, intensive and efficient way. Therefore, the high-intensity development has become a helpless choice for many cities. Under the background of high intensity development, urban innovation space is faced with spatial reconstruction, and its form and connotation have undergone great changes. This paper explores the development mechanism of high-intensity urban innovation space, and based on the planning practice of Shenzhen's key areas, summarizes five spatial organization methods of high-intensity urban innovation space: multi-layer ground, spatial interconnection, multiple mixing, flexible sharing, and stereoscopic production chain. It is expected to provide reference for the creation and optimization of high-intensity urban innovation space.
